How can I obtain an invoice?
After purchasing, you will receive an email with a download link of your ticket. The print ticket itself is valid as an invoice because it shows VAT and contains all the invoice-relevant components of a small amount invoice. You can use the print ticket printout as an invoice without any problems. We have not provided a separate payment confirmation.

When do I have to buy my ticket?
All tickets (including online tickets) are only valid if bought before starting the journey. The buying process is deemed concluded only once the ticket has been received. Tickets bought after starting the journey are invalid.

What is the purpose of the option ‘e-mail reminder’ for monthly and semester tickets?
If you select the option ‘e-mail reminder‘ you will receive an e-mail reminding you of the expiration of your monthly pass (5 days before the expiration) or semester pass (15 days before the expiration).

I have not received an e-mail. What should I do?
Possibly your e-mail account is full. Please erase e-mails that you no longer need and create space for the mail with the link to your online ticket.

The ticket-download is not possible.
Check whether a personal firewall or other protection program is preventing the download. You receive the ticket as a PDF file for printing-out (for this, you will need a PDF reader such as the free Acrobat Reader, which you can find here on this page). In order to avoid problems, you should temporarily deactivate and any existing ad blocker.

If you are on our web site, we will insert cookies that enable your convenient use of the ticket shop. Therefore we recommend that you set your browser to accept our cookie.

I can only print in black-and-white.
Although the tickets are created in colour, but should be available via a black-and-white printer, for example, you can also print your online ticket in black-and-white and still possess a valid ticket.

How do you ensure payment security?
LogPay Financial Services GmbH provides the payment platform regulating the secured data transfer between the financial service providers and the ticket shop. The data are transmitted via SSL encrypted connections.

Why does my credit card statement indicate a 1 EUR item?
For security reasons, we check the validity of your credit card. The data indicated are transmitted to the bank which issued the card and an amount of 1 Euro is requested and authorised. The authorisation usually expires within two weeks. The amount is neither booked nor collected.
